I accept cash only. All prices include HST.

Students can bring their own mats, water, and comfy clothing. I also have spare mats for class use if needed. Everyone is welcome.

Classes are taught open to all skill levels. I make no assumption about any students flexibility or knowledge about yoga.I start with basic warm ups and postures then give every person a option to move into more advanced postures. This makes the class informative for beginner students and the more advanced students. More advanced students will also benefit from this class and inspire beginners.
