Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please contact us for returns. If your return is accepted, shipping is not included to return.

If exchanged for another item, shipping for this new item will be free for regional, 50% off for international.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase or information on date of purchase so that we can look up item.

We will notify you once we’ve received your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process.

Damaged items 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
*Custom orders made specifically for you are non-returnable. There is a certain element of trust involved with doing custom orders. 50% deposit is required for all custom orders and is non-refundable. Everything is made one of a kind and custom orders are predictable to a certain degree through details discussed for each project but nature of one of a kind may have a slight variation from what you visualize. All custom orders are in writing via email or social media so both customer and creator have information to fall back on.
